April 29, 2008 5:30pm

Hi friends and family! I spent the day with the Shugart Family and a lot was done over the course of 5 hours. A colonoscopy was done today and several biopsies and samples were taken for testing. It could be 1 of 3 things: 1) Infection in the colon 2) Graph vs. Host Disease or 3) an insult to the colon due to his low blood pressure. The results should be back tomorrow, hopefully. He is still quite uncomfortable with a lot of pressure in his abdomen. Please pray that he can get some relief from this gas pressure and not be too uncomfortable to keep him from resting tonight. Dylan was not on dialysis but they were using the dialysis machine to clean his blood. Fluid is building back up in his feet and legs. They will start dialysis again tonight or tomorrow. Please keep praying for comfort, rest & more sleep for everyone. Thanks!  God Bless. Psm 33:18-22

Gary, Debbie and Dylan,
We pray tonight for a restful sleep for each of you, for comfort for Dylan after a full day of tests. We continue to pray that the Lord will give you strength and endurance today and in the days to come. May you rest well tonight. We love you!

Brian, Allison and Nathanael

My soul, wait in silence for God only,
For my hope is from Him.
He only is my rock and my salvation,
My stronghold; I shall not be shaken.
On God my salvation and my glory rest;
The rock of my strength, my refuge is in God.
Trust in Him at all times, O people;
Pour out your heart before Him;
God is a refuge for us. Selah. Psalm 62:5-8

Debbie and Gary,
Good to see you two last night and I sure do miss seeing Dylan's smiling face. Glad the tests are now behind you and hopefully they will find answers. Praying sooooo hard for rest and relief from the pressure in Dylan's abdomen and the fluid, and for good nurses to be with him through the night. Continue to be "strong and courageous" LOVE YOU! Linda

Dylan, Debbie and Gary,
Please know that we are keeping all of you in our prayers. I picture little Dylan singing sweetly as a four year old little boy..."Jesus loves me, this I know for the Bible tells me so!" May God continue to wrap his arms around all of you. We will contnue to pray daily.
With love,
Joe, Michele, Joseph and Anna Taylor
